This wine was fermented on the skins, manually pressed and then aged in French and Canadian Oak for 12 months. Deep purple in colour, it has a spicy, blueberry nose with hints of Christmas cake and eucalyptus. This medium-bodied wine has a nice balance of fruit and oak tannins, good acidity and a long finish. Pair it with roast beef, pepper steak and leg of lamb. Drink now or cellar for 3-5 years. QC – Fruit Wines of Canada Quality Certified
