El pasado 25 de Marzo, China Organic Agriculture compro 60% de las acciones de  Changbai Eco-Beverage uno de los mayores productores y distribuidores por USD10,25 millones. Ambas firmas son chinas.

China Organic Agriculture, Inc., engaged in the acquisition, trading and distribution of agricultural products, has acquired a 60% stake in Changbai Eco-Beverage Co., Ltd., a blueberry product producer and distributor, for CNY70 million ($10.25 million). Both the companies are based in China. China Organic Agriculture has entered into an agreement to acquire a 60% stake in Changbai Eco-Beverage.

Upon completion of this acquisition, Changbai will utilize China Organic Agriculture's countrywide sales network. The transaction is expected to close in March 2010.
